The views from Observatory Hill are great at any time of day, but particularly special at sunset. The below photos were taken outside the Park Hyatt Hotel, which undoubtedly is one of the best hotels in Sydney for harbour views, (left, there are many angles on this side of the harbour) and outside the Opera House itself (right, if you werent sure). Lots of great vantage points, so its a fun place to visit if you have some time to play around. Situated on the northern beaches, it has its own rockpool in the centre of the beach which is a great focal point for sunrise.
